How to get a Quote

For your security of personal information, we suggest you email us or call us with information as to the time, day, and phone number it would be most convenient for us to initiate the quote process for your needs.

To speed things along and ensure better security, we suggest you follow up your email or voice mail with a separate hard copy of your last (most recent) declaration page. Please give us a call today to get started.

What is a declaration page, you say?

That is the cover or first page of information you receive from your insurance company at policy renewal time. It generally arrives in the mail about thirty days prior to the actual time your policy is up for renewal. On an auto policy, it will show the make, model, vin numbers, and generally, driver information on all the vehicles, along with the coverage amounts you currently have. This same type of page comes on your homeowners, boat, business, RV, motorhome, motorcycle, travel trailer, or mobile home. The difference in these types of policies, vs auto, is they are almost always for one year. Washington State auto insurance policies, on the other hand, renew on a six-month cycle in most, but not all, cases.

Why is the declaration page mandatory by our agency?

It is your proof of prior insurance. It provides this agency with acceptable proof of prior insurance documentation for the insurance companies we deal with.

We sell insurance products of only "A" rated*, or better, companies, to Washington State residence or Washington State domiciled business. Most companies we contract with have electronic funds direct payment options. Quarterly and monthly premium payments are also available.
